Our LOA (Letter of Authorization) approval service for FAR part-91, 121, 125, 129, 135  operators has one goal in mind: to get you your FAA RVSM Letter of Authorization to conduct the operations you desire.   Due to the special requirements imposed upon the user to ensure proper separation of aircraft, the FAA has a process in place that ensures all requirements are met to achieve safe separation of aircraft.  Our firm has the expertise and experience to handle your approval process in the most expeditious manner.   We will work directly with the FAA on your behalf until your RVSM (LOA) is issued to you.

 

Achieving operational approval is the service we will provide you.   In order to receive FAA operational approval to conduct operations RVSM airspace, the FAA requires special crew training and testing, Operations Manual, Maintenance Manual, documentation of all approved equipment, and any other items they feel are needed to ensure compliance.  FAA policies and procedures for RVSM compliance may change at any time.

Develop/edit your company's Operations

Manual as necessary to obtain authorization.

 

Develop/edit your company's Maintenance

Manual as necessary to obtain authorization

 

Submit Letter of Authorization application, Operations

Manual (and revisions, if necessary), maintenance

manual,and related documents to the appropriate

FAA  Flight Standards District office or International

Flight Standards Office.

 

Personally deliver your documents to the FAA and serve as your personal representative to the FAA during the certification process concerning all matters in obtaining the LOA to operate in RVSM airspace.

         

Additionally, deliver to the FAA a program manual with all the up to date with all the required legal revisions.

 

Review aircraft documentation for all required equipment and  maintenance actions.
